Anyone else still trying to figure out all the meals for Christmas?! Here is a super easy Christmas Breakfast Idea for the kids or even the adults. I made these Santa Waffles on December 1st and they were a big hit.

I originally saw this idea on Instagram and knew we had to try it. This quick and easy breakfast idea uses frozen waffles, berries, and whipped cream. My son usually doesn’t like frozen waffles for breakfast but he definitely enjoyed them on this day.

Santa Waffles Ingredients

Santa Waffles Ingredients

To put this easy breakfast together you only need a few ingredients. You may have most of these items already.

  • Frozen Waffles
  • Strawberries
  • Whipped Cream
  • Candy Eyeballs
  • Red Candy Pieces

This can also be a fairly healthy breakfast. Once you add whipped cream, no one will even complain about eating whole grain waffles.

To make the Santa Waffles, wash and slice the strawberries first. Then pop the waffle in the toaster. Once the waffle is ready, it’s time to create the Santa.

Place the waffle on a plate. Build a cone of strawberries on top of the waffle for the hat. Then place the candy eyeballs on the waffle.

Not it’s time for the whipped cream! Use the can of whipped cream to finish the hat and create the beard. Then place the candy piece on the whipped cream for the nose as pictured below.

See I told you it was easy! I’m sure you didn’t even need me to write all of this out! I will probably be making this again for Christmas morning. I’m pretty sure my daughter will enjoy this more than the breakfast casserole or baked oatmeal that is also on the menu.
