Flower Pot Craft Supplies

This craft only requires two supplies – the flower pot and the markers! I found an 18-pack of white 4 inch flower pots on Amazon. These were the perfect size for decorating! Then we used washable acrylic markers for our next supply.
These markers are washable so this is a mess-free craft! That makes it perfect for groups of kids of all ages. The colors are nice and vibrant too.
Setting up the Flower Pot Craft

Set up for this craft is also super simple! We did use a disposable table cloth to cover the table since we were using a neighborhood clubhouse for this event. It probably wasn’t necessary but we like to be very careful to leave the space like we found it.
Then we really just set out the markers and gave each girl their own flower pot to decorate. A lot of the girls enjoy drawing so there were some very detailed and cute designs.

Even the girls who don’t enjoy drawing as much really enjoyed this flower pot craft though! The markers work on so many different surfaces and the girls couldn’t believe how smooth they were.

It would also be fun to include potting soil and a tray of flowers with this craft. Since the pots don’t really need to dry from the markers, they could go ahead and add soil and plant a cute flower in these to give to mom.
