Last month I participated in a blog hop where I tried using one of the Workshop Your Way Scrapbooking Kits from Close to My Heart. I enjoyed that so much that I challenged myself to try another one and share it with you this month. I chose the Some Kinda Wonderful line this time. This is the last month this kit will be available. There is a whole new line coming out in May and I am super excited about those too!
This kit is actually perfect for Easter and Spring layouts! Sometimes I think I have to purchase kits that are so theme specific. If I end up not using them, then they usually just collect dust in my crafting cabinet. This one is very versatile.
Using the diagram online, I cut all the pieces in less than an hour while Gavin and I were watching a movie on Netflix. As I was cutting them out, I sorted them per layout according to the instructions I was following. I missed that step last time and it caused the process to take a little longer. Once the pieces are sorted and cut, you are ready to go. I already had three sets of photos in mind. I ended up having to change up layouts 2 & 3 a little bit just to coordinate with the pictures I had chosen. Again, that is what I love about these kits and how versatile they are!
