School started back for us last week! Since I have a middle school daughter, I thought I would share about the emergency kit we made for her to put in her backpack. She was actually the one who requested to make this and I loved the idea!
We used a small bag we already had to make this kit. There are a lot of cute options out there if you don’t already have a bag. Any small makeup bag should work.

What goes in an emergency kit for girls?
Here are the items we picked out to put in our emergency kit.
There are a couple of items we did not include because she has them on hand in a different spot. She keeps a small deodorant in her gym bag. She also keeps a small hand sanitizer in her lunch bag. These would also be great items to include in the emergency kit.

A lot of these items you might already have around the house! We only had to purchase a few things to complete this kit so it was an inexpensive project. You can also find a lot of these items or similar things at most dollar stores.
