Let the holiday baking commence! Who doesn’t enjoy a sweet treat this time of year? This Peanut Butter M&M Cookie Dough Fudge is so simple yet so delicious! It will definitely be my go to recipe for holiday parties this year.
The combination of the Peanut Butter M&Ms, Cookie Dough, and Chocolate layer topping is a taste sensation. I orginally planned to make this with plain M&Ms but now I am so glad I went for the peanut butter variety.

Today I am partnering with one of our sponsors Dixie Crystals. I used their light brown sugar in this recipe. I’ve been using this sugar since I was baking with my grandmother as a little girl!
Peanut Butter M&M Cookie Dough Fudge
This recipe is very simple. I don’t think I have ever posted a recipe that is not simple! Here is a list of ingredients you will need.
- 10oz package of Peanut Butter M&Ms
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Before you get started on this recipe, you will want to heat the flour to kill any bacteria. I knew about this but just recently realized it is actually printed on the flour sack.
This can be done in the microwave by heating for one to two minutes. I actually will put my flour in a glass bowl and bake it in the oven.
Easy Instructions for Cookie Dough Fudge
To make this fudge recipe, start by creaming together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer. Then add the vanilla and sweetened condensed milk. Slowly add the flour in until all ingredients are combined.
After those ingredients are thoroughly combined, fold in the peanut butter M&Ms. We used the red and green for our holiday baking. I plan to make this again though with the traditional colors.
Spread this mixture into an 8X8 pan lined with parchment paper. This will need to chill in the refrigerator for three hours or in the freezer for an hour and a half.
Once this cookie dough layer is chilled, heat the peanut butter and chocolate chips together in the microwave until melted.
Spread the peanut butter and chocolate mixture on top of the cookie dough. Then chill in the refrigerator for about an hour.
The fudge can then be cut into pieces and served. This fudge also freezes really well too! It is a great recipe to make ahead to put in the freezer until you need it. Plus it keeps me from eating it all before anyone else can even get any!

These look yummy and that’s a great tip to freeze them. Thanks!
