I am a big fan of paper plate crafts! They are so inexpensive and always turn out so cute! After making our Fall Leaves Paper Plate Wreaths, we knew we wanted to create another one with a Halloween theme. These wreaths are so fun to do for the holidays. I hope you’ll try this Easy Halloween Paper Plate Wreath Craft with your little ones!
Dollar Tree is my go-to place for supplies for kids’ crafts. We found these fun felt Halloween stickers and glitter pumpkins there a few weeks ago. I knew they would be perfect for our Halloween Wreaths.
I began by cutting out the middle of a basic paper plate and setting up our crafting tray with those stickers, crayons, and ribbons. The kids started the craft by coloring their paper plates. Once they were done coloring, they were able to decorate it with the stickers.
How simple is that? After they were done decorating, they were able to pick out a ribbon of their choice. I punched two holes at the top of the wreath so I could tie a bow at the top. I left a little in the back to form a loop so they could hang this up.
We will be hanging these wreaths on their doors for holiday decorations. I think this would also be the perfect craft to do for classroom parties. I may plan to do this with my daughter’s preschool class at the upcoming fall celebration. We like to keep it simple and mess free for those events!
