Add the first five ingredients to a saucepan and stir them together.

Heat on the stove at medium low heat.

Add in the Almond Extract as mixture starts to heat up.

Continue stirring until the mixture forms a large clump of dough. This will take 3 - 5 minutes.

Let dough cool before kneading in the glitter.
