Menu Monday

meal planningAfter trying HelloFresh last week, we decided to go back to some of our tried and true favorites this week. Prosciutto Pasta is one of my all time favorite dishes and I think I could honestly eat this one every week. Where to find $1 Movies This Summer

summer $1 MoviesOne of my favorite things to do on a hot day is head to a nice cool movie theater! We all know how expensive it has gotten to take your family to see a movie. In the summer, there are lots of family friendly movies that are offered for only $1. There is a catch though. These movies are only offered on the weekdays and they usually start around 10:00 A.M. That is great timing for those of us who are still hanging on to the fact that the little one might take an afternoon nap! (more…)

Some Kinda Wonderful – Scrapbooking Made Easy!

I enjoyed that so much that I challenged myself to try another one and share it with you this month. I chose the Some Kinda Wonderful line this time. Menu Monday

We had a very busy weekend! Graylie turned three years old last week so we had a few friends and family members over to celebrate. Needless to say, my normal way of menu planning was thrown off a little. I normally would have prepared a dinner on Saturday night that could also be used Monday night for dinner. Since we had ordered a nugget tray from Chick-fil-a and had lots left over, we decided to have chicken nuggets for dinner that night! The kids were thrilled with that option. I chopped mine up over a salad with ranch dressing and it was really good. (more…)
